Requires the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee to study establishing a residential public high school for high achieving, severely economically disadvantaged students, with a focus on establishing such a public school for students in grades 11 and 12. Requires a report on the study to the 2015 General Assembly before it reconvenes in 2016.
