Retains GS 18B-1104(6) (which was repealed in the 1st edition) allowing holder of a brewery permit to give its products to its employees and guests for consumption on its premises. Amends GS 18B-1104(7) to allow for the sale of a brewery’s malt beverages at the brewery in areas where the sale of any type of alcoholic beverage is authorized by law. Makes other conforming and technical changes to the 1st edition.
