AN ACT TO EXEMPT CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LEXINGTON AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE LEXINGTON CITY COUNCIL SHALL APPOINT ONE CITY COUNCIL MEMBER AND ONE STAFF MEMBER TO THE DAVIDSON COUNTY JAIL COMMITTEE FOR LIMITED PURPOSES.
