Amends Res. 2020-5, as follows. Amends the issues that may be considered during the session that reconvenes on September 2, 2020, to: (1) include bills that appropriate or allocate or both (was, appropriate) federal funds received in response to the COVID-19 pandemic or associated State funds (was, associated matching State funds); (2) no longer requires that the appropriations bills mention above contain no other matters; and (3) add bills that amend the Site Infrastructure Development Fund, transfer funds to that Fund, and contain no other matters.
