Bill summary
Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to 1st edition. Deletes the provisions of the previous edition and replaces them with AN ACT TO MAKE ESSENTIAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CURRENT OPERATIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2011. We will not be including a summary of the committee substitute, which makes adjustments to the Appropriations Act of 2011.
