Amends GS 163-201 to divide North Carolina into 14 congressional districts to nominate and elect members of the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022, as follows. District 1 includes the following counties: Beaufort County, Carteret County, Craven County, Currituck County, Dare County, Hyde County, Jones County, Lenoir County, Onslow County, Pamlico County, portions of Pitt County, Tyrrell County, and portions of Wayne County. District 2 includes the following counties: Bertie County, Camden County, Chowan County, Edgecombe County, Franklin County, Gates County, Granville County, Greene County, Halifax County, Hertford County, Martin County, Nash County, Northampton County, Pasquotank County, Perquimans County, portions of Pitt County, Vance County, Warren County, Washington County, and Wilson County. District 3 includes the following counties: Bladen County, Brunswick County, Columbus County, Duplin County, portions of Johnston County, New Hanover County, Pender County, Sampson County, and portions of Wayne County. District 4 consists of portions of Wake County. District 5 includes Chatham County, portions of Durham County, portions of Harnett County, portions of Johnston County, Lee County, and portions of Wake County. District 6 consists of Cumberland County, portions of Harnett County, Hoke County, Moore County, portions of Richmond County, Robeson County, and Scotland County. District 7 includes Alamance County, Caswell County, portions of Durham County, Orange County, Person County, and Rockingham County. District 8 consists of portions of Forsyth County and Guildford County. District 9 includes Anson County, Cabarrus County, portions of Davidson County, Montgomery County, Randolph County, portions of Richmond County, Stanly County, and Union County. District 10 includes the following counties: Alexander County, Alleghany County, Ashe County, Avery County, Burke County, Caldwell County, portions of Forsyth County, portions of Iredell County, portions of McDowell County, Stokes County, Surry County, Watauga County, Wilkes County, and Yadkin County. District 11 consists of Catawba County, portions of Davidson County, Davie County, portions of Iredell County, Lincoln County, and Rowan County. District 12 includes portions of Mecklenburg County. District 13 consists of Cleveland County, Gaston County, portions of Mecklenburg County, and portions of Rutherford County. District 14 includes the following counties: Buncombe County, Cherokee County, Clay County, Graham County, Haywood County, Henderson County, Jackson County, Macon County, Madison County, portions of McDowell County, Mitchell County, Polk County, portions of Rutherford County, Swain County, Transylvania County, and Yancey County.
