Changes the term of appointment of David L. German to the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System (Board of Trustees) to now expire March 31, 2021 (was, March 31, 2017). Removes from the proposed confirmed appointments to the Board of Trustees for the same term: Margaret C. Reader, Cecil Vernon Gammon, and Joshua J. Smith.
Changes the terms of appointment of Oliver A. Holley, Linder H. Gunter, and Lieutenant Colonel John H. Ebbighausen to the Board of Trustees to now expire June 30, 2021 (was, June 30, 2017). Removes Jeffrey S. Winstead from the proposed confirmed appointments to the Board of Trustees for the same term.
