Appropriates from the General Fund to the Administrative Office of the Courts $1,049,698 in nonrecurring funds for 2017‑18 and $17,760,821 in recurring funds for 2018‑19 to be allocated by the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide each district court judge with one judicial assistant and each superior court judge with at least one but no more than two judicial assistants. Effective July 1, 2017.
