Also makes changes regarding ad valorem taxesso thatthe Village Council cannot approve an ad valorem tax rate greater than 7�_΢ per $100 valuation unless the tax rate is approved by an affirmative vote of the majority (was, two-thirds) of the qualified voters of the Village of Lake James.
