Appropriates from the General Fund the sum of $8.3 million in nonrecurring funds for 2025-26 to the Department of Public Instruction for a directed grant to the Guilford County Schools to support academic support programs and improve facilities as follows: (1) $5 million to support the high dosage tutoring program and (2) $3.3 million to support the learning hub program. Effective July 1, 2025.
