Appropriates $66,439 for each year of the 2020-22 fiscal biennium from the State Veterans Home Trust Fund to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for the operation of the new State Veterans Home in Kernersville for the 2020-21 fiscal year. Allows establishing a specified full-time equivalent position to represent the State's interests and be responsible for State-owned assets as the new State's veterans home becomes operational.
