Bill summary
House committee substitute makes the following changes to 1st edition.
Adds a section, making a conforming change to GS 130A-309.10(k), to authorize local governments to apply to dispose of oyster shells in landfills. Clarifies, in GS 143B-344.38, that the Sustainable Communities Task Force must report to the House Committee on Commerce and Job Development, among others. Makes a conforming change to remove the reference to the Western NC Public Lands Council in GS 143B-432(a). Makes additional technical changes and a clarifying change.
