House committee substitute makes the following change to 1st edition.
Amends GS 90-113.52(c) to clarify that every person who purchases a pseudoephedrine product must show a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification, and must state or print his or her current residential address (previously required photo identification only). Makes a conforming change to the bill title.
