Moves specified portions of Beaufort County and Craven County from District 6 to District 3. Moves specified portions of Wayne County from District 4 to District 21. Moves a specified portion in Wayne County from District 21 to District 4. Moves specified portions of Sampson County from District 21 to District 22. Moves specified portions of New Hanover County from District 18 to District 20. Moves specified voting tabulation district of New Hanover County from District 20 to District 18. Moves specified portions of Robeson County from District 47 to District 48. Moves other specified portions of Robeson County from District 48 to District 47 and from District 47 to District 46. Moves specified portions of Alamance County from District 64 to District 63, and moves other specified portions from District 63 to District 64. Moves specified portions of Montgomery County from District 67 to District 66, and moves other specified portions from District 66 to District 67. Moves specified portions of Union County from District 68 to District 69, and moves other specified portions from District 69 to District 68. Moves specified voting tabulation district in Buncombe County from District 116 to District 115. Moves specified portions in Buncombe County from District 114 to District 116, and moves other specified portions from District 115 to 116.
