AN ACT TO INCREASE FUNDING FOR INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCES, INCLUDING TEXTBOOKS, INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT, AND TO ALLOW LOCAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS THE FLEXIBILITY TO SPEND THESE FUNDS ON THE RESOURCES THEY DETERMINE ARE MOST IMPORTANT.
