House committee substitute deletes all provisions of the 1st edition and replaces with A CURATIVE ACT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO ASSIGN ALL AREAS INADVERTENTLY UNASSIGNED BY SESSION LAW 2011-169, AN ACT TO PROVIDE GEOGRAPHIC PARITY IN REPRESENTATION ON THE GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, AND TO CLARIFY THE TEXTUAL EXPLANATION OF THE DISTRICTING PLAN FOR THE GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
Adds specified Census blocks in Greene County to District 5 for the Greene County Board of Commissioners.
