Includes whereas clauses. Appropriates $100,000 for each year of the 2023-25 fiscal biennium from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction to be provided to the North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children for the North Carolina Teacher Cadet Program. Requires the funds to be used for three specified services related to expansion of the educator pipeline. Effective July 1, 2023.
