House amendment makes the following changes to 1st edition. Adds additional section to the act to appropriate from the General Fund to the Department of Justice $69,934 for 2011-12 and $123,543 for 2012-13 to be allocated to the State Bureau of Investigation for the testing and analysis of the DNA samples required by the act. Appropriates an additional $44,760 from the General Fund to the Judicial Department for 2012-13 to be allocated to the Administrative Office of the Courts for the administration of the provisions of the act. Makes a conforming change to the bill title. Effective July 1, 2011.
