Bill summary

Includes whereas clauses. States legislative opposition to any attempt by the federal government to usurp or interfere with the State's legislative authority over the management, control, and administration of elections. States legislative opposition to federal H.R. 1 (For the People Act of 2021; introduced in Congress on January 4, 2021) and any subsequent enactment of the terms of this proposal and implore members of Congress to oppose the same. Directs the Secretary of State to transmit a copy of the resolution to specified federal and State legislative leaders.
