House amendment #2 makes the following changes to the 1st edition as amended.
Adds new subsection (c) to proposed GS 1-539.13, providing that the civil immunity set forth in subsection (a) does not apply if the injured person participating in a protest or demonstration was doing so with a valid permit allowing persons to protest or demonstrate on the public street or highway where the injury occurred.
Makes technical change.
