Appropriates $185,962 in 2015-16 and $176,825 in 2016-17 from the General Fund to the Judicial Department to fund an additional district court judgeship in District 10. Directs the Governor to appoint the additional district court judge, who will address driving while impaired offenses to the fullest extent possible; the judge's successor will be elected to a four-year term in the 2016 election. Makes a conforming change to GS 7A-133(a) (listing district court judges by district). Appropriates $116,084 in 2015-16 and $112,963 in 2016-17 from the General Fund to the Judicial Department to fund an additional assistant district attorney in District 10, who will address driving while impaired offenses to the fullest extent possible. Makes a conforming change to GS 7A-60(a1) (listing ADAs by district). Effective July 1, 2015.
