Bill summary
Amends GS 20-138.5(a) to provide that a person commits habitual impaired driving if the person drives while impaired and has been convicted of two (rather than three) or more offenses involving impaired driving within 10 years of the offense. Applies to offenses committed on or after December 1, 2015.
