Amends GS 143-548(d1), setting out the terms of appointments to the Vocational Rehabilitation Council, to add the representative of a parent training and information center to the specified Council members who may serve more than two consecutive full terms.

Amends GS 140-5.13(b), setting out the terms of appointments for the Board of Trustees of the North Carolina Museum of Art, providing that all appointments by the General Assembly are for terms of four years and that no person can be appointed to more than three consecutive terms (currently, all regular appointments by the General Assembly are for the then current legislative term, with no appointee serving more than two consecutive terms of two years).
