A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADJOURNING THE 2013 REGULAR SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO A DATE CERTAIN AND LIMITING THE MATTERS THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED UPON RECONVENING AND PROVIDING FOR ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE OF THE 2013 REGULAR SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to the 2nd edition:

Changes the long title.

Deletes all of the provisions of the previous edition in their entirety. 

Provides that when the House of Representatives and the Senate adjourn on the date of the ratification of this resolution, they stand adjourned until November 17, 2014.  Sets out the following as matters that can be considered during the session that convenes on November 17, 2014: bills related to the structure, operation, and funding of Medicaid; a joint resolution adjourning the 2013 Regular Session of the General Assembly sine die; and vetoed bills for the purpose of considering a veto override. Provides that the House of Representatives and the Senate will adjourn sine die on November 19, 2014.

Converts the bill into a House Joint Resolution.
