A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GREENVILLE TO CONVEY BY PRIVATE NEGOTIATION AND SALE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY THAT DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE.
