House committee substitute makes the following changes to the 1st edition.
Amends the act's effective date provision to specify that the act applies beginning with plans of improvement and comprehensive needs assessments for local school administrative units identified as low-performing based on data from the 2020-21 school year (previously, applies beginning with local school administrative units identified as low-performing during the 2019-20 school year).
Changes the act's long title.
