Bill summary
House committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Deletes the previous changes to GS 120-2. Amends GS 120-2 to establish boundaries for 120 House districts with each district electing one representative to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2020 and periodically thereafter. Maintains the act's effective date provisions.
