AN ACT ADOPTING JACKSON COUNTY AS THE TROUT CAPITAL OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.
House committee substitute deletes all provisions of the 1st edition and now provides the following.
Contains several whereas clauses. Enacts GS 145-49 to adopt Jackson County as the official trout capital of North Carolina.
Changes the act's short and long titles.
