Amends Resolution 2024-2 (Adjournment Resolution), as amended by Resolution 2024-5, as follows.

Changes the adjournment date for the November 2024 session from Friday, November 22, 2024, to Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Changes the date on which the December session convenes from December 11, 2024, to December 2, 2024. Adds the following to the types of legislation that can be considered during that session:

1. Bills that propose an amendment or amendments to the North Carolina Constitution and that contain no other matter;
2. Bills that propose an amendment or amendments to the North Carolina Constitution and that contain no other matter other than statutory conforming changes to implement such bills;
3. Bills that solely make statutory and transitional changes to implement bills that propose a constitutional amendment under 1. above but contain no other other matter.  

Expands the types of joint resolutions that the General Assembly may consider during the December session to include multiple adjournment resolutions (was, only a joint resolution) further adjourning the 2023 Regular Session, either sine die or otherwise.
