A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE COURT TO CONSIDER WHETHER A JUVENILE PETITION HAS BEEN PROPERLY VERIFIED AND JURISDICTION HAS BEEN INVOKED AT THE PRE-ADJUDICATION HEARING, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE LRC COMMITTEE ON OMNIBUS FOSTER CARE AND DEPENDENCY.
