Amends GS 18B-302 (prohibiting the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, wine, spirituous liquor, or mixed beverages to anyone less than 21 years old) and GS 14-313 (regulating youth access to tobacco products, tobacco-derived products, vapor products, and cigarette wrapping papers) to add tribal enrollment cards issued by a State or federally recognized Indian Tribe to the list of acceptable identification of purchasers or prospective purchasers. Makes a clarifying change to GS 14-313. Applies to offenses committed and purchases made on or after December 1, 2025.
