Creates new GS 75-42.1 (Deceptive representation of healthcare services offered), making it a deceptive and unfair trade practice to advertise that a person or entity provides abortions or emergency contraceptives, or referrals for those services, but the person or entity knows or reasonably should know that they do not provide those services. Applies to any person or entity that publishes or causes to be published an advertisement in violation of the section, and the violating party will not be considered to be providing professional services of a learned profession even if they are operating under a medical license issued by the state.
