Amends Section 1.I.2 of Senate Resolution 46, adopted on 2/14/13, providing for the acceptance of suggestions of proposed candidates to extend to March 1, 2013 (was, February 22, 2013).
Amends Section 1.I.3Â to extend the submission deadline for Statements of Economic Interest for formal nominees to March 1, 2013 (was, Febraury 22, 2013). The submission of a Statement of Economic Interest 2013 No Change Form will not count as a complete submission for formal nominees.
Amends Section 1.I.4 stating the Senate Committee will list all proposed candidates for nomination on or after March 4, 2013 (was, February 23, 2013).
Makes other clarifying changes.
