Appropriates $25 million for each year of the 2025-27 biennium from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child Development and Early Education, for grants to counties and private employers that provide assistance with capacity building in child care. Requires those seeking grants to provide documentation of 25% match and allows up to 9% of the grant funds to be used for administrative costs.
Effective July 1, 2025.
