Appropriates $2,427,975 from the General Fund and the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Block Grant funds received for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to make grants for approved Boys and Girls Clubs. Requires DHHS to facilitate collaboration between the clubs and Support Our Students, Communities in Schools, and similar programs to submit joint funding applications. Effective July 1, 2015.
