AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHERN PINES TO PROVIDE THAT A TOWN ORDINANCE MAY BE FINALLY ADOPTED ON THE DATE INTRODUCED BY A SIMPLE MAJORITY.
