TO PROVIDE THAT COMPLIANCE WITH THE STATE'S TAX LAWS IS A CONDITION OF HOLDING AN ABC PERMIT AND THAT AN ABC PERMIT MAY BE REVOKED FOR FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A TAX RETURN OR PAY AN OVERDUE TAX DEBT.
