    Amends GS 17C-3 to require change the membership of the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission to require that: two police officials be appointed by the North Carolina Police Executives; one full‑time law enforcement officer be certified by the Commission as selected by the North Carolina Law‑Enforcement Officers' Association; one full‑time law enforcement officer be certified by the Commission as selected by the State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police; and one full‑time law enforcement officer certified by the Commission as selected by the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association. Requires the initial term of office for the members selected by the State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police and the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association begin on July 1, 2015, and shall expire on June 30, 2018, with subsequent appointees to these slots appointed for a term of three years.
