    Senate amendment makes the following changes to 1st edition. Amends GS 90-113.52(c) to direct a retailer of a pseudoephedrine product sold at retail, without a prescription, to a person 18 years or older, to require that the buyer provide (1) a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification, and (2) a current valid personal residential address in print or orally (was, required every retail purchaser to provide only photo identification). Also clarifies the electronic record-keeping requirements for pseudoephedrine products, removing the specifics concerning a statement to be included in an electronic form. Makes conforming changes to the title.
