Appropriates $125,000 for 2015-16 and $125,000 for 2016-17 from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office to support the operations of the NC Military Business Center. Provides that funds allocated to the NC Military Business Center are not to be reduced in order to meet any portion of a management flexibility reduction. Effective July 1, 2015.
