House amendment #1 makes the following changes to the 1st edition.
Amends proposed GS 20-162.5 to allow a wrecker that tows a vehicle at the request of any State or local law enforcement officer to tow the vehicle to an out-of-state location if the state to which the vehicle is towed allows vehicles in that state to be towed to North Carolina.
