AN ACT TO ELIMINATE THE ABILITY TO UPDATE EXISTING VOTER REGISTRATION ON THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES' (DMV) WEBSITE OR AT DMV PHYSICAL LOCATIONS AND REQUIRE THAT CHANGES BE MADE AT COUNTY BOARDS OF ELECTIONS.
