Amends GS 90-89 to add synthetic cannabinoids to the list of Schedule I controlled substances as title indicates. Criminal penalties (specified in GS 90-95) range from Class G felonies to Class I felonies. Effective December 1, 2011, applying to offenses committed on or after that date.
