Deletes the provision in Section 3 of the act allowing for the Legislative Research Commission to make an interim report to the 2015 General Assembly when it reconvenes in 2016.

Requires the Legislative Research Commission (LRC) to study the role of health care providers and other key gatekeepers in suicide prevention, particularly among individuals under age 25, firefighters, law enforcement officers, emergency medical services personnel, and veterans. Allows the LRC to make an interim report to the 2015 General Assembly when it reconvenes in 2016 and requires a final report to the 2017 General Assembly.
