AN ACT DIRECTING THE STATE HEALTH DIRECTOR TO ISSUE A STATEWIDE STANDING ORDER TO ALLOW PHARMACISTS TO DISPENSE IVERMECTIN WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION; AND PROVIDING IMMUNITY FROM CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR THE STATE HEALTH DIRECTOR AND ANY PHARMACIST WHO DISPENSES IVERMECTIN PURSUANT TO THE STATEWIDE STANDING ORDER.
