Appropriates $890,000 from the General Fund to Swain County for 2022-23 to be allocated for the following projects in amounts specified: the Alarka Community Center remodel, Alarka Volunteer Fire Department's purchase of a brush truck and replacement of specified equipment, the Sylva/Dillsboro Pedestrian Bridge build, and Swain County Genealogical Society's purchase of specified equipment.
Appropriates $3 million from the General Fund to the NC Community Colleges System for 2022-23 to be allocated to Southwestern Community College to be used in amounts specified for described projects at the Almond campus and Sylva main campus.
Effective July 1, 2022.
