Appropriates $500,000 of the funds the State received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health (Division) for 2021 for grants to pharmacies to purchase, repair, or upgrade freezers for storing COVID-19 vaccines. Requires funds to be distributed by December 31, 2021. Directs the Division to report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services on implementation and effects of the grant program by January 31, 2022. Effective July 1, 2021.
