Requires cash to be accepted as a form of payment when an admission fee is required for any interscholastic athletic activity. Additionally, requires that individuals presenting a Tar Heel Card for senior citizens issued by the Department of Health and Human Services obtain free admission to such events. Applies beginning with the 2023-24 school year.
