Appropriates $1.3 million in recurring funds in 2017-18 and 2018-19 to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Social Services, to expand the child welfare postsecondary support program (NC REACH) by lowering the eligibility age for qualified special needs children adopted from foster care from twelve years of age to eight.
Effective July 1, 2017.
