Amends GS 7A-133 to divide the 10th district court district, which consists of Wake County, into districts 10A through 10F, each consisting of a specified part of Wake County based on superior court district territories. Districts 10A through 10E contain three judges while 10F contains four judges. Effective January 1, 2019, with elections in 2018 and thereafter held in accordance with amended GS 7A-133, as terms expire.
